Thanks folks! Since we're fulltimers sending it off, probably won't work for us. Guess I'll make some trim and leave the plexiglass in place. Called Pen. Glass they said obsolete. They could cut a glass for it but, no longer rebuild this unit. So if you have this window don't, let it get broken.....The only saving factor is, cutting an acrylic replacement is not that hard to do.... make sure and sand it all the way around where it touches the frame so, urethane gets a bite on the plastic glass. Though technically not legal no one ever really checks
