VMspc or Bluefire?

I have VMSPC running on a small Windows tablet (Onn) and it works fine - I like the idea of running on an Android or iPad tablet and may look into Bluefire in the future. It would be nice to have a smaller, maybe 8” screen to better fit the space but the 10” on the floor works fine.
