• Capacitor is a 50+15 uf. The old one tested 49.6+15uf my first thought was it is the capacitor.
  
• I put a new capacitor in anyway, AC works like a champ, note to self, don’t always trust a old part even if it checks out.
  
• Compressor draws 6amps initial dropping off to 3-4 amps
