I called about the coach and spoke with the owner Peter. He wasn't aware of the Guru's forum so I sent him a link and invited him to check it out.
Peter said the interior remodel was done by the second owner and he is the 4th.
A fire was the impetus for the complete interior rebuild and that the bathroom cabinet covers one of the windows...so some floor plan change happened at this time too. The clear coat on the strips are de-laminated and needs redone.
Needs some other things but from the images the interior shows nice.
Any forum members know the coach?
He has purchased a 2001 Prevost so the Newell is for sale.

Heard back from Newell today, they have been very busy in Miami (good news).
That is the reason for the delay and it took some time to go through the old paper trail there.
