Removing glass from Ramco mirror
#1

The passenger side lower glass segment (wide view) no longer is connected to the motor base or something to that effect. Is there a way to remove the glass so I can glue it to the base? I don't think I can get parts from Ramco according to their email.

Simon, The glass of the Ramco mirrors on 316 are glued to the inside frame. I had one apart that didn't have the convex option. I pried the flat mirror off because it was discolored. I bought a new mirror glass from Ramco , fabricated an aluminum plate that is held by screws to the inside frame. I then velcroed the new glass to the aluminum.
