Today has been crazy. 1st issue was fuel gauge went from accurate to inaccurate every 20 minutes or so. Drivers front slide showed error and will not open. Did a hard restart on the coach which changed nothing. Tonight errors on main screen by microwave show low house batteries, low chassis batteries, comm error. Coach starts up fine. Also noticed today that regen hasn’t been coming on. Check engine light came on today and won’t turn off. Coach seems to run fine but not sure where to go from here. Tonight after Parking drivers sash now shows No TM02 data. House batteries now show 0.0 volts. When we first parked batteries showed 14.4 but we can’t remember if the coach was running at the time or if just the generator was.

Welcome, let's start with what year and number your coach is and also how long have you had it? First name and where you are located?

First, check house batteries with a voltmeter. If they are dead, it could explain a lot of what you are seeing. Second, check to make sure your inverters are charging.
If not plugged in, start your generator. Check voltages again with generator running or plugged in.
If batteries have a charge, but still no voltage on the instruments, look for blown fuse on the house batteries.

What Richard said. Let's talk about a hard restart, what all was turned off/disconnected?. Do you have any Solar and if so was it disconnected? Silverleaf can be fickle, I disconnect any shore power and turn off the house and chassis battery switches BUT there may be a wire directly connected to a battery that doesn't go through the switch. Sometimes it takes several cycles of turning power off before Silverleaf fixes itself. Occasionally I have Silverleaf displaying zero or a low battery voltage and after trying to reset it a couple of times I ignore it and eventually it corrects itself.
If you have done the above, it's time to call Newell tech support. They are the Gurus Guru.

Stopped at battery store and had all house and chassis batteries checked and all batteries are good. When we say hard restart we disconnected both battery types, drained power out of all systems and waited 15 minutes to restart. Other thoughts? Thanks in advance.

As others mentioned, see if you have 12v power After the fuse that's usually installed right on the battery(with all systems shut down, no gen, no wall power, no inverter). It's rare that those blow, but if it does, it could help to explain what you are seeing. It would also help to explain that you have might house power with the Gen running or shore power. I can't remember how my system is wired right off the top of my head, but I would check that first.
I would also start checking grounds and the big kill switches.

What Justin said,. I've just learned in the last month that some coaches have the ground going through the switch and to a post on the chassis. Mine was wired totally different where the hot went through the switch or 12 volt positive. I was assisting another member of the forum that had battery issues and I suggested going from the negative post to a point on the chassis with jumper cables that was a good ground and see if that's solved the issue, it did. Then I told him to clean up the ground in which he told me that it went through a switch! My hot side is switched and our coaches were a mere 30 apart. No two Newells alike? Thanks Randy we have older and newer coaches on the forum, I have ZERO experience with newer models such as yours, I see Jim has jumped in so your in good hands.
