I found the front (living room) AquaHot fan/radiator behind (towards the center of the coach) the front A/C unit (SCS Basement) on the passenger side of the coach. The wiring plug was not plugged in and not sure what is wrong with it. I do not have the unit connected since I have been mostly focused on converting the 12-volt to 24-volt thermostat. How do I remove the unit and check the fan? I don’t want to tear it up removing it… I can put 12-volts to it and see if it will run…
There should be a couple tabs on the sides with a 3/4 inch screw holding that in place. At least there was on mine. I just replaced the one under the kitchen counter yesterday.
Here is what Grok said to replace it if needed Finding a Replacement for Your Fasco 2807-510-108 Blower Motor in Aquahot Systems
Based on the images you provided, this appears to be a 12V DC blower motor (Fasco model 2807-510-108, made in Canada) used in an Aqua-Hot hydronic heating system, commonly found in RVs for furnace or water heater circulation. The motor has a 3-inch diameter body, a ~1-3/8 inch shaft (likely 5/16” diameter), stud mounting, vented housing, and multiple color-coded wires (black, red, yellow, green) for speed control (typically 2-3 speeds). The attached squirrel-cage fan wheel is rusty but reusable if you match the shaft size. This exact part number (2807-510-108) is an older or OEM-specific variant, so it’s not widely listed for direct sale online—likely discontinued or superseded by Fasco (now under Regal Rexnord). However, you can source it or a compatible replacement through the options below. Focus on motors with these key specs for a drop-in fit:
Voltage: 12V DC
Diameter: 3 inches
Shaft: 5/16” diameter x 1-3/8” length (double shaft or single with extended end)
Speeds: 2-3 (variable via wiring)
Rotation: Clockwise (CW) from shaft end
Mount: Stud (2-5/16” span)
Wires: 4-5 leads for speed switching
Amps: ~4-9A max (high speed)

Tips for Installation
Wiring: Match colors—black (ground), red (high speed), yellow/green (low/med). Test with a 12V source before full install.
Fan Reuse: Clean/rust-treat the wheel; it should slide onto the new shaft (use set screw or clip).
Compatibility Check: Measure your old shaft exactly. If no exact match, a slight shaft length difference is fixable with adapters (~$5 on Amazon).
Why Replacements Work: These are standard OEM parts for Aqua-Hot (models like 450D), per RV forums and parts cross-references.
If none match perfectly, reply with your Aqua-Hot model # (e.g., from the unit plate) for more tailored searches. This should get your heater running again!
I clamped the hoses and replaced it with a new cozy heater from Heatmyrv.com. I will say the new one is much smaller than the old ones and I'll be looking for a new fan to put in the old one and put it back in. Heat output is fine just like the idea of bigger is better.
Now I’m wondering if the reason they disconnected the fan is because the radiator was leaking - but it would leak without having power … that kink in the pipe worries me…
