I have a 94-43 ft Newell #347, non-slide coach with an 8V92 motor. Mileage is ~103,000. Have owned it since 2015 (72153 mis). It is used regularly though not a lot of annual miles. Front tires are new, drive tires are 1 year-old and the tag axle tires are about 5 years old. House batteries are Nov. 2025, coach batteries are October 2021. One gas heater is new and the other has a new core. All 3 A/Cs work well. Kohler generator has ~2200 hrs and a 200 amp alternator was installed April 2023. July 2025 charged the +Jernn-Air refrigerator with freon (cools nicely now). Squirrel cage blower and aux compressor replaced about 2019. All awnings work and are in good condition. Replaced quickee step, engine coolant, transmission fluid, engine tachometer, and front windshield. Have two extra windshield panes. All water filters replaced in April 2026. have two extra water pumps.
I know it's easy to say, but I don't know of anything that is needed on this coach. Oh btw, I just re-upholstered the front seats. The paint is okay though the end caps have faded and could use a repaint. This is a non-DEF vehicle and not required to have an annual smog inspection in California. Since acquisition the coach has resided in an industrial condo in a dessert environment.
