Thanks for the coach number. I don't have much history on #369. It likely has the Allison HT 741 electronic 4 speed transmission. If the water heater is missing, it probably had the Raritan 20 gallon electric marine water heater, probably with engine heat exchanger. Those aren't too hard to install but they are about $900.
The original generator was probably a Kohler 20KW. Surely the transmission has had a fluid and filter change in 475,000 miles. If it hasn't, I would be worried about what else hasn't been serviced. It looks like it was registered in Las Vegas, NV from at least 2011-2014. It is 45'0" long. Typically the rear lounge coaches were purchased by race teams and were high mileage vehicles. Not sure about the "2 propane tanks". The coaches built without Aqua Hots typically had a large 68 gallon propane tank.
