I am fairly certain that #1415 had an original list price in excess of $1.5 million. As examples: #1409, the first 2011 had a list price of $1,528,200 in February 2010 when it was completed, #1411 had a list price of $1,549,300 in February of 2010, #1418 had a list price of $1,518,000 million when it was completed in May 2010, #1423 had a list price of $1,526,800 in August of 2010, #1426 had a list price of $1,563,050 in September of 2010 and #1429 (Show Coach) had a list price of $1,560,000 when new. Back in the 2013 time frame Newell was typically asking about $1,250,000 for pre-owned 2011 models. #1412 was listed by Newell as pre-owned in 2012 for $1,279,000. #1414 was listed by Newell in 2013 for $1,250,000. #1415 was listed by Newell as a pre-owned coach in 2013 for $1.250,000 and sold in 2014. I do not know if it sold after 2016 or not. Based on these numbers, Newell's current asking price for #1415 is approximately 55% of original list price.
Since Newell offers warranties on most of their used coaches, their prices are typically higher than private owners and RV consignment agents without warranties are asking. If you are interested, make Newell an offer. I suspect they will negotiate on this coach.
