Thanks for your replies. The coach number is 369. I am fairly handy but do not have significant tools to address extensive engine or transmission issues, etc - definitely discussing the maintenance history with the owner. Certainly would appreciate more details about the unit. It appears to have had a green interior (tile, original carpet, design line in the kitchen dinette tables, etc. Exterior previously was wrapped and the exterior (assume painted at some point - not original with green interior) has missing paint. No hot water heater, but the hookups are still there. Genset is not original, but then again neither is the engine. 250k doesn't seem like an issue if these are maintained, which the history appears to exist. However no transmission service. Seems like a '94 with 250k on rebuilt engine and likely 500k overall might be past due? Thanks again for all the support. Trying to make an informed decision.
