In reading on the CC forum. The first check is the check valve, but they don't say where it is located. One fellow was able to just clean his check valve and it worked. On a few the check valve was replaced and the creeping continued. It ended up being the solenoid was leaking back the pressure. Many said that HWH was very helpful.
