Trailer or Toad

I'm not sure how to post a URL, but here you go. This has a 1,500 lbs capacity

I tow 4 wheels down and a dirt bike and bicycles in the back of the pickup. My ramp is lighter weight. The chain and lock that I have, will keep it in the back of the truck in the worst of area's. This all breaks down in minutes. You just have to be going straight. You can't be making a U turn, or tight corner, and 1/2 way thru, decide you can't make it, and decide to disconnect.

I also tow an enclosed trailer, with the wife's car, My dirt bike, and Snap on Tool chest. The trailer is to heavy for the wife's little SUV to move around, so I never take it off while traveling, unless long term parking (more than 7 days). I just takes more planning when searching  for campsites. I ask for 75' or 80' and I can typically find one, but its harder last minute. When rolling thru a Walmart, truck stop, or any overnight quick stop while traveling give me less anxiety than having 4 wheels down with the pickup in tow. I have never been offered help with my trailer hook up at a campground.

I was met at a St George UT site, where I was promised a long site, by the Campground manager, for a 2 night stay, That I can't have the site I needed.  When I got there, they had given away the long site and made me disconnect in a horrible dirt, uneven, undulating dirt lot, & it seemed like a homeless group site.  I was not happy. They are on my list... Sad

No perfect answer, unless you have a Newman Ellis trailer. These sound fantastic, but I'm sure they are pricey.
