It appears that my brother and sister-in-law will be buying this coach. They are flying up to SACTO in the next two weeks to inspect, get fluid samples, and if all checks out complete the deal. Talked with Ernestine, and she was very informative. She and her husband (deceased) first bought this coach in 1988 from the original owner. They owned it the first time for 4 years, but had Newell build a 40' coach for them around 1992, at which time they sold this '84 to someone they knew. In 1998 they traded the 40' Newell to the people who bought the 1984, and took possession once again of the '84, and have owned it since then. When not being operated it has been kept in a large, enclosed building Ernestine calls the 'shop', and its excellent condition is a direct result of that care.

The thing that struck me while looking at all the pictures is how clean everything is.....all of the storage compartments, water bay, engine bays are very clean and to me that demonstrates pride of ownership. The exterior paint is in marvelous condition, and the interior looks immaculate!
