Fisher/Paykel dishwasher ( no water ? )
#11

Les,
We have a Fisher/Paykel dishwasher in our home. About six weeks ago the bottom unit would come at it's own will. Service man came out and said it was the control panel and could not get one. He reset it and have not had any problem since. They are about 8 or 10 years old and if I have to replace them, and it will not be Fisher/Paykel, I will post it on the forum and will be glad to give away any working spare parts I might have. Okay, I thought, I really don't need a dishwasher, I HAVE one (Gary)...don't tell him I said that... and I used it but found it didn't really get the dishes dry. But I think I found the solution, start it at night and bingo! Dishes are dry AND clean. I really like it. Susie

I can not stand mine, but don't have a good thing to go into the space if I take it out. Has anyone done anything cool with the space after they have removed the FP? Pictures?

thanks!

507 had the dishwasher, 512 didn't, in 512 the space was taken up by a deep drawer, great for pots and pans..

Currently a wine rack and previously storage for daily dishes and glasses

BTW, Ours works great, but Hedy doesn't cook anymore, so we never have the need to use it !!!

My wife has told me that we don't camp.. I ask why not, we go to the same places do the same things as when she was younger and went"camping"..she calls taking the Newell glamour camping or " glamping" for short.. I've thought about making some t-shirts that say Newell glamping club... Lol
