OK,

The outside fan motor is shot on the unit that goes ‘grrrrrrrrr’.

The refrigerant has leaked out of the unit that was recharged. Dead giveaway is iced up evaporator.

Does the wires on this motor need to be reversed.  I think this motor spins the wrong way.  I saw this on another video as well.??

The new motor will come with a schematic showing which wires to connect for cw or ccw rotation
