We drove to Clear Water Beach, FL for business meetings this week. Richard invited us to stop in. We had a great time.. Richard is a wonderful host and appeared to be behaving himself during Rhonda's absence!! Thank you for showing us your Newell. I came away with some ideas for improvements to make on our Newell. Thank you for lunch at Little Italy. Most of all thank you for welcoming me into the RGA.! (Repairers Guild of America). I will carry that memory with me for the rest of my life!

New show coach at Barrett Jackson.
Does anyone know the value in having the fuel water separators. One of mine is leaking and I have read lots of issues with them leaking. I am debating on just removing them completely (as opposed to upgrading them) as I understand the newer coaches don’t even have them.
Does anyone know why they might be needed or can I just remove them?
Is is advisable to leave the converter on at all times or when should I switch it off? I have a switch by the breakers to turn converter on and off but am not sure why or when I would want to do that.
I was told this converter has been given the name of a “Battery Boiler” so maybe that has something to do with it.
I do not see a need to replace converter since it is working but not sure I want to risk killing batteries if that is the case.
Also it was suggested I install a charger that uses house batteries to charge engine batteries to eliminate the need to merge batteries for charging. Thanks Tom I do like this idea.
