Someone mentioned that to replace tires and batteries on a Newell costs $10,000.00. Thats for 8 tires and about as many batteries right?

Then there's oil and filter changes and I think I read thats every 25,000 miles and costs around $700.00.

What are other standard maintenance items and costs associated with them? I know there are those who say "if you have to ask what it costs you can't afford it". I say "Planning is everything"... If you don't know what you need to know, just say no to not knowing you know! Wow I wish I'd of said that...

I just got off the phone with Bill & his mechanic. They are in need of any one who has an understanding of the leveling & travel systems on a '90 Newell. It is pre HWH. It appears that the leveling & travel systems are fighting amongst each other. Both systems seem to be activated at the same time. As the travel solenoid tries to add air, the dump valve is exhausting air. The front & rear are working the opposite--On the front the LF goes too high & on the rear the RR goes too high. Any of you classic owners that can help?

I believe this coach belongs to one of the Gurus and is in great shape. One of my favorite floor-plans..
