Update here - I found another not-so slow leak this morning coming out of the bottom screw hole of the mid entry door drive mechanism. It came together in the middle of the night as I was listening to the 12v compressor come on every five minutes that when I had the mid entry door open and screen closed the 12V compressor did not come on often at all - every hour or so. With the door closed it comes on about every 6 minutes.
I'm assuming the two flat head screws control the door open/close rate and that there is a rubber o-ring behind the lower one that is leaking. I tightened the screw a quarter turn clockwise and it stopped the leak. Will do more research and looking for other leaks. I also see some of the 1/4" air hose on the side of the drive mechanism has a couple of kinks - so I will probably remove it and rebuild it.
But before I begin - are there any wise words/comments/recommendations for things to watch out for?
Thanks guys!

Replace the O rings, check the solenoid valve for leaks especially on the ends where the coil is mounted. The air line is 8mm but 5/16 normally works. The thread size is 10mm X 1.50, I used adapters to convert to 1/8" NPT so I could use compression fittings.
