Trying to find the air dryer on a 1994 Newell Motor Coach??
#21

A key concept to grasp when working on the Newell leveling system is the six pack is BETWEEN the height control valves and the air bags.

To connect the HCV to the air bags the travel solenoids have to be open. The coach you are working on has a six pack for the front, a six pack for the drive, and a six pack for the tag. So each six pack should have two solenoids that are engergized in the travel mode.

This will help you. https://hwhcorp.com/ml20635.pdf

It only has one energized. That may be the issue. He said it only shows one energized.

Then I would apply 12V somehow to all the travel solenoids. It will not raise to travel height if there is no voltage to the solenoids.

What happened when external air via alternate compressor was used.

There is a lot of oil inside the 6 pack? but it is building up. I wish someone could call or we had a number to speak to someone. The coach is an hour and half one way from us so we have to drive to check it. We are here now he is working on it.

Yes sir I apologize. I did not see this until later and then we were not there. We have to go back and I told my husband and he would like to speak to you if possible I really hate that we missed you. We have to go back out there soon, parts came in this evening. If you happen to have time we would love to speak to you he really could use he guidance. Thank you so much either way I really appreciate your help.

He manually pumped air into coach with a separate compressor and it all aired up except one back corner.. ?? He is going to continue on it tomorrow.. it holds the air with no leaks but it didn't air up one back corner.. when switched the 6 packs around then the front corner wouldn't air up but back did.. he switched it again and it holds air and stays aired up but one back corner won't air up.
