It probably didn't get cold enough (yet) to break anything. If you have an incandescent light fixture you could put in the water bay that would help to keep it warm.
It could be an air problem if the toilet doesn't flush. Do the air doors inside work? Make sure you're outside of the door when you check it. Don't want you to have to climb out of a window
