Karl, you will have to crawl in there and remove the ceiling tile to access the mechanism.

Yep, I found it.  It is above the 1" foil insulation in the bay ceiling.  Hard to climb in, the bay houses the extra deisel tank.  I have a new solenoid driven valve to install.  This should fix the problem, unless the cylinder is faulty as well.  The valve was just pushing air thru the exhaust.
