I don’t know you very well, so forgive my primitive questions. You didn’t give us much to work with in the initial assessment.
First question is do you have a voltmeter and know how to use it?
Is so, have you checked the voltage at both the end of the umbilical cable, and the plug at the rear of the coach? You can go online and get a diagram of what terminal is what depending on the style plug you are using.
Second, does the turn signal work just using the toad as a vehicle? If it does that rules out a bulb issue.
Third, is it safe to assume that the turn signal and brake light work as intended on the coach?
