If you are at the back of the coach, looking at the engine, open the polished door on the extreme right. Look in there for for a small box something similar to what HoosierDaddy posted. Mine was at the very top right, Black with a yellow label. If you have that, check to see if you have the input signal to it AND the output signal. My coach did pretty much the same thing, and I had to replace that unit.
I had checked the 7 way plug, and there was a really low voltage output, but not enough to run the LED's on my '21 Wrangler. I then traced the wires back to that box being bad. The input had a strong 12v signal, and the output had that weird sub 4v signal. Both the Left and Right had the same problem. For tracing, the same wire color at the 7 way, is the same wire color to the output of that box.
