My Ac guy is here and says the Rectorseal TO5 looks way too big for this unit - is that true? Is this a hard start capacitor?

I think it goes like this…. Bottom left fan capacitor, bottom right compressor capacitor, then the 3rd one is a soft start I think.

Here is what I ended up buying from local suppliers mostly; have the start caps coming from Amazon;
For each unit:
1 packard tranformer PF4031oem
2 MARS definite purpose contactors : 61345
4 Supco/MARS relays 90380
2 7.5 mfd motor run capacitors
2 linebacker motor run capacitors
1 ecobee smart thermostat’essential - supposed to run 2 compressors and 2 heaters (cycles)?
This will give me remote access to check on the dogs
So far this is running me about $1500 / unit including a lot of labor by my ac guy…
He did recommend changing the 2 soft start caps at $75 each
