I have added Hearthside Grove of Lake Erie.  Park is a rather new ownership park.  Class A only.  Large concrete sites and paved roads.  They allow bungalows and 2 car garages to be built on site.  Rather expensive for rental.  They have a 10 year rule, but had no problem with my 22 year old Newell.
