I provided an answer on Facebook but I will repeat it here.
#1401, a 2010 had the Cummins ISX 650 HP engine as did #1406 and #1408. Most, but not all of the 2011's had the ISX 650. #1450, a 2012, had the 600 HP ISX. There may have been some before that. Most if not all the 2013's had the 600 HP ISX. Allison has been the most used transmission by Newell since the 1960's. I suspect you mean after the switch to the CAT C-15 during 2006 when most Newells were equipped with ZF transmission. There never was a year that Newell didn't make some coaches with the Allison even in the 2006-2008 time period. In 2009 and 2010 the percentage of coaches equipped with the Allison transmission exceeded 50%. #1412, to the best of my knowledge was the last ZF transmission used by Newell in a new coach. Since my data is incomplete, there could be some that I have missed.
