What's your feeling on beads for the steer axle? In addition to regular high speed balancing?

I purchased tire beads for the Toyos I put on the front, but I have not gotten around to getting them put in. To be honest though the Toyos run smooth as can be. Just need to sort out my sway bar bushings and I think I am done messing with the front suspension.

Did you spin balance the steer axle toyos? Did it take a lot of weight?

We don't have beads or balancing on any of our tires and all new within 1.6 years no problem that I noticed.

Jack,
So you bought the tires, had them mounted and off you went?

Hmmmm

Same with us Rick. Tires were mounted and off we went. Silky smooth. We run Michelins if that matters.

Centramatics did a good job on my 315’s in all locations.  I liked the fact they’re completely independant of the tires.

No they were just mounted, not balanced. No weights.
