Got a bad drive axle rotor. Any suggestions on the type of shop I would go to that type of repair? We know it’s not Loves.
Alternatively if I could figure out part numbers for rotor, pads, seals, etc. along with a service manual my regular mechanic can tackle it.
Update: Looks like Newell has the rotor and brake kit. Now I just need to figure out which seals, etc. I need and if there are any special tools that are Knorr specific that make installation easier. My diesel mechanic is going to tackle it for me and want to make sure has everything he needs before we pull it apart. I was able to find a service manual as well.
Update 2: Uploaded some tired rotor porn pics. Sooooo happy to have that replaced before it came apart.
I have a failing (failed) Valid slide motor and Newell suggests replacing in pairs. They are sending me two new motors for the front driver's side slide. Has anyone tackled motor replacement on their Valid slides? Was wondering what I'm up against as I will attempt the repair myself.
So I was trying for the first time to use my microwave while on inverter and it wants to run for maybe a minute or so and then stops. Light flicker on other electrical items like the fridge and then everything stays powered up. You can then try it again for another minute, etc. Suggestions?
I have coach 787 and trying to locate the air bags for the steerable tag axle.
Newell does not have any.
any help would be much appreciated!!!!
Hello all!
I have a Pure water enterprises bf-250 and just finished reading through everything I could find on the forums.
Anyone have a manual or any information past "flush 10 minutes or 20 minutes once a year?"
Thanks!
Good afternoon gurus. I have coach 776 and my mattress for the bedroom is 75" x 65". I'm having a hard time finding bedding for this size, besides Newell does anyone have that size. Regards, Mike
Thanks to so many of your for your help in making sure we got #254 rolling with my mom on a whirlwind trip to Orlando and Gulf Shores. This forum has been such a wealth of information that we thought we lost with my dad. We did 37 hours of driving over 2516 miles with my mom, husband, and two of our kids in the past 7 days. What a joy to be on the road again in Nellie the Newell! The best is yet to come as out to do list for longer as we thought of things we want to replace going forward.

Just drop my sink cover and it broke in half. Any one try and fix one of these or know we’re to get one made?
Thanks
#623 with 365 fronts (100psi??) and 315(130psi??) rear: proper pressure suggestions please?

Hi All,
Coming soon to Motorhomes of Texas is coach 1248. We lost our storage space in California and have no indoor place to store it. Contact me for pictures and questions. She is a beauty. Currently it is at the Newell factory getting the PM and everything else that needs to get done. This coach has been given the highest maintenance possible by me and the previous owner, who graced these pages as an expert as I understand it.
