Anyone have suggestions on the best way to seal the belly/basement doors?
A few of mine let some water into the basement. Some of the original seals are not completely adhered to the doors anymore, so they obviously need attention. Since mine is a 2004, I was thinking of trying something like this (not sure what thickness to get):

Surely someone here has done this successfully already and can save me making errors.
Thanks!
I have been going through a stack of repair receipts on my coach. Previous owner had the ECU replaced a couple of months prior to my purchase. On the W.W. Williams invoice it shows the ECU as a DDEC IV. It shows pre 98 series 60 programing. How can I tell if that is the case? They paid $4600+ for the ECU swap and programming. I do know when I plug in my VMSpec dongle to the DDEC port up front, it gets power but no communication. (So this is a two question post)
Gurus,
Ran across this Ebay posting and thought it might be of some interest .....https://www.ebay.com/itm/265684393706?hash=item3ddc061eea:g:wxMAAOSwMtxieFx0&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA0KZsYZlWL8s8Q2lnCVeO9AM1p6TUwtiX2VgLNVjkcar5C%2Bf7JxgcwDVIrlEc6hPVZBe6pz9GjE%2F4DrmpN5HOfuqQFoJsF0ltsWbm9CbUq4Hl1R%2F9MiegQu6wEgVEoq4dSIBZ8q1rRgUhLy18ChWQIyny52uCSzt%2Bf%2FN6hEmX4BkzOWu3usb1N76dnGML6bicyTORKO6vB%2BAxuRTxg%2BwHZmIcqCR06Y6lZ6LwGq5ZKlBa2vdJ79mg%2F6U%2FtznM3octobZSAa9x8QlZKuUHst6QEFE%3D%7Ctkp%3ABFBMrviI0Mdg
Just spotted a Newell in spot 50 at the Elkhorn Ridge Resort. Pretty rig. Its towing a toy trailer so maybe they're here for bike week. This is the only Newell in the park. There are a lot of Prevosts in the park, however. One of the Prevosts is Dean Loucks' newly painted rig with matching trailer. Really beautiful. There's another Teton 5th wheel here besides mine. Pretty rare to see them too. We leave here on Thursday. We have an all day tour planned tomorrow, Maybe we'll get a chance to meet some of these people.

Got a leak at the fitting below. Would NAPA or someplace like that generally have such a fitting?
I am looking for information on best practices of attaching solar panels to the roof of my coach.
Any comments appreciated.
Thanks in advance. I appreciate your thoughts.
We have 1429 and it appears the Bode door is sticking when trying to open. I have full AUX air..... I don't see any grease fitting so was wondering if there was anything else to look at. Thanks for your comments and/or suggestions!
My Aquahot is blowing cold air out of all of the registers and none of the circulation pumps are working. The burner is working fine and I get plenty of hot water, just no heating function. I tried tapping on things, checked all the fuses, swapped relays... nothing... Any suggestions?
I just went down the the tankage bay to check something and got a mild electric shock when I placed my hand on the floor. It seems to be strongest at the tankage bay, but I can even feel it on the side mirror arms. I turned off the main breaker in the upstairs closet as well as the panel by the inverter and I still feel the shock/current.
I called Newell and did get a call back pretty quickly. The call-back was to tell me that the guy I need to talk to will call me shortly. LOL
Nevertheless, he was clearly a tech just maybe not specialized with the electric side. I explained the situation and he suggested something with the shore power and sure enough, when I disconnect from shore power there is no shock/current. I wish I paid closer attention to what he said so I can help fix the issue with the park management.
This park has clear issues with the electric. The 30 amp hookups can't maintain voltage, even with a step-up transformer. I'd move in a heartbeat, but it's beautiful here and i have few options nearby.
Has anyone had this issue with current in the lower chassis and can clue me in on what's going on?
