We are camping in kerrville, Tx and spotted another Newell at the same campsite. We have been quite a few places and have never come across another at the same location.
I have 1997 coach 459 and need a replacement lens for the top red lens on my middle tail light. Any suggestions. I've looked online but not much luck.
We are travelling today down to Bradenton FL to sell our Legacy 38 C to The Motorcoach Store
Have not driven our coach for 6 months
Glad to have a last chance since looking forward to a quiet and smooth ride in our new “Newell”
Since noel for Christmas refers to “new birth” ( borrowed from french) buying and enjoying a “Newell” bus will and should also bring joy.
Might not have the same value as the birth of our Savior but on a very earthly plane a “Newell”
May everyone on the forum enjoy their “Newell” through this Holiday season!!!
Hey, just dreaming of one of these monsters to pull my Corvette around the country with my dog. Got the Vette and the dog, a mid-late 90's Newell would be just right.
I just received a new Dual element 220V flex cooktop and have removed the Gaggenau.
BEFORE I apply power to this thing I wanted to check the wiring.
The Gaggenau was Wired BLACK to BLACK, RED to RED, GROUND to BARE with WHITE Capped off in the box.
Attached is a photo of the wiring they suggest and a photo of how I have it wired.
It appears the Newell side:
RED wire gets wired to the WHITE wire on the cooktop
BLACK wire gets wired to the BLACK wire on the cooktop
Bare/Ground get wired to the GREEN wire
HOWEVER, The diagram in the manual shows the WHITE wire from newell being wired to the WHITE/Neutral!
Before I apply power and cook my cooktop... What's correct for the application?
Thanks!
Is the solenoid supposed to be hot? (Energized all the time?) I was perusing what hoses need to be replaced and felt the heat coming off this thing.
Good afternoon,
Just returned from storage and noticed the Aquahot was reading LO on the inside display. It is switched on electric and I am wondering what I should look for when checking? Only have 30 amp service.
Thanks,
B and C

Good evening Everyone! I'm still looking for a Newell pre 2000. My budget is the 100k range. I've made offers on 2 and both sellers backed out. One sold to another person offering more money and the other decided to keep it (#410). If you know of anyone looking to actually sell or available please keep me know. TIA
Happy Holidays!!
Hey All,
I was looking at my Aquahot fuel filter assembly and am a bit confused. It has a couple of protrusions at the bottom,. One appears to be the drain screw.. Not sure what the other is, maybe the spou it drains from?
But on the top of the housing is another plastic screw/wheel... is this a bleed device?
How does this one work?
Thanks!
I would like to replace my landing lights and am wondering if I can replace only the bulbs (and how the heck do you get them out of the rubber casing?) or do I just buy new ones? Anyone with a model number or source for buying these?
