Detroit Diesel Series 60, Allison, 47' per VIN, 70,974 miles, center island bed.

The overflow tank is up to the full line with antifreeze, the hose looks to be in good shape but the cap is spewing excess when I filled the tank two days ago.  If I completely fill the tank up (I pushed a finger in so the cap had some room) should the cap allow antifreeze to escape once the tank heats up?  The unit is heating up over 200 degrees but we can smell antifreeze from where it is escaping from the cap.  Should I replace the cap?  Is this something I can get at NAPA?  Anyone got a part number please?

So my air system has a leak even when I run the engine it fills up quick but after shutting the engine off the gauges will show empty in less than a day.
Not sure if the brakes are on as the brake gage shows empty. I have used a sniffer to check everything I can think of to no avail.
Any suggestions?

After 1 year of design and building the first chassis , Newman Ellis stacker number 001 is almost completed. I am leaving tomorrow to pick it up and take it on an 800 mile road test. After which if all goes well, we will build the body and begin to take orders. The 4 wheel independent air ride suspension looks incredible. 22.5  inch Alcoa durabrite rims that match the coach. Pics and video to follow next week. Any and all comments are welcome..critiques are encouraged..
