Newell has moved their motorcoach production into their new facilities!!  The new production facility allows coaches to pull forward to the next production station without  retracting the slides or driving around the campus.  There is an in-line water testing station to allow water intrusion tests without having to drive the coach to the wash bay.  High volume fans have been added throughout the facility and HVAC has been added to the cabinet shop.  There is now a dedicated delivery bay for taking delivery of your new coach in a climate controlled environment.

As many of you know the hub on my cooling fan for the coach failed and the fan blades shattered and went flying around the engine compartment at a high rate of speed.  The radiator ,charge air cooler, and supporting brackets were damaged..  good news is the damage from fan flying around is covered by insurance but not the fan failure itself.. 

The main purpose is everyone check your cooling fan for any sort of wobble.  The results of flying fan blades is not pleasant..  Just trying to be helpful

We are going to Newell the week of the 12-21-15.
We have a appointment on the 21st & will be there a couple days.
Any suggestions on what to do in the area?
Anyone here going to be there?

The metal tube that the fan motor mounts too broke at a weld point. Allowing blades to hit radiator broke all the fan blades off. Only good news. Was 15 miles from Newell

The PO of our coach has a Brake Buddy for sale - I have it in the coach with me and can ship it out if anyone is interested.  Not sure how much to ask for it but I think they are nearly $1000 new and it's in perfect condition so make me a decent offer.  I will eBay it if not any interest here after a few weeks.  I have a M&G system on my Jeep already or I would use it... 

Recently sold our Coach (279) and have a brand new TPMS monitorng system for sale.  Has sensors for 8 tires and all other items.

Bought from TST Truck System for about $500.  Never taken out of box or installed.

Asking $300 obo.  Will mail or send UPS...

I am looking to install (eventually) 3 or more solar panels (>300watt each) on the roof of our coach.  Has anyone done this on the Newell?  What are the caveats to watch out for.
