I became a believer when the toad blew a rear tire which destroyed the bed of the truck, I just felt a little bump.  I looked in the mirror and could barely see the driving lights of the car behind me through the dust & smoke haze.

For those with the Silverleaf dash display, Newell installed the Pressure Pro TPMS in some of them and it can be added if you can find the parts.  1482 came with the Bendix SmarTire TPMS and I added the Pressure Pro TPMS which is much easier to see in the Silverleaf display for all 12 tires.

For the Bendix SmarTire TPMS I downloaded Bendix ACom Diagnostic Software which can also be used to troubleshoot the Bendix ABS, electronic controller, VORAD, etc..  It requires an adapter to plug in to the Bendix diagnostic plug on the console beside the driver seat.  It's the same adapter used to plug in to the J1939 and J1708 for engine diagnostics.
