I have the steering column removed at the moment and think it might be  the  perfect time to replace this valve  which has a small leak on the push pull shaft. I think the valve might be a generic  item.1 inlet, 1 exhaust, and  2 outputs. The 5 words that get me in trouble "how hard could it be?" Is this job as,simple as it looks? Please save me from myself.....

Hi Gang,
Does anyone know what the little speakers are for under the drivers side console and passenger console? On the drivers side hidden underneath is also a on/off rheostat. Could these have been for the original CB?
Thanks for any response.

Saw this classic lady from the street passing by the rv  park. Late 70's ? Might be in restoration.  No one at home.  New tires  all around.  Saw a Cummins engine  through the engine compartment vents.  Note the cool front arrow turn signals.

Anyone here flat towed a Hummer H2? If so did you ever try using the center receiver hitch? I am trying to figure a way to make this work. We can use the tow hooks and a V hitch but was looking at the receiver for simple strong attachment point.

This is a common problem that has been "fixed" using different materials.  I give Ashley Pardue credit for finding an o ring that has resulted in both his and my sewer connection not leaking a drop.

You can source the o rings at:

McMaster Carr-Part #9396k227

or

Amazon--https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FN1132/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Installation tip:  Coat the o ring with silicon grease and stick it on the stationary side of the Dupree sewer connection.  Bring the hose side up and tighten lock ring.  Lock ring is a little hard on the first connection.

I will report back on the durability of the o ring.

Hope this helps someone............................
