We recently spent our first long weekend in 443. This morning when I went to dump the holding tank it is draining very slow. The dump valve sounds as if it is opening completely but afraid to disconnect hose and have a look see. Anyone ever have a similar issue? Could it be a build up in bottom of tank?
Should I add some kind of cleaner to tank and try again?

hi all,
how low will you go in terms of diesel fuel in the tank. i have a single 235 gallon diesel tank.
of course the gauge is not incredibly accurate from what i can tell.
how much reserve do you make sure you have? or a different way of asking, i wonder how much fuel is still in the tank when the pickup wont suck anymore diesel out of the tank.
and of course i know the genny fuel pickup is higher than the main engine one.

and if so where. i will probably want to spend a nite there on the way to bella terra. or nearby to vicksburg....

Hello All,
We are in Albuquerque and needing an alignment. Called the local shops and they all ask what chassis Newell uses. After explaining they are purposely built by Newell the conversation begins to go downhill. Any suggestions on how to approach the shops? Are there published specs they can follow? Ours is coach 414, a beautiful 1996 model. She's runs out straight but the steering wheel is off center about 25 degrees. Wanders a bit if you're not careful. New Firestones all around. Thank you for any advice!
we are in route 66 rv park today. it is a new rv resort with huge pull throughs. the site i am at has 30, 50 and 100a hookups.

Well after a couple years we couldn’t stand it. So we just bought a 2004 27’ Lazy Daze. We drove to Colorado last Sunday to look at it after I asked Steve Magown to check it out for me (many thanks Steve!)
Ended up buying it and will fly back to pick it up on Thursday. We're still in Leeds, Utah. It is a 1 owner and looks like new inside and out, garage kept, with 30k miles.
So Cindy and I will soon be on the road again traveling around and hope to meet up with our guru friends and meet new gurus.
Too bad Newell doesn’t make anything this small but Lazy Daze has some similarities to Newell. Family owned since 1964 and only builds to order. They aren’t a custom builder but factory direct. And the owners seem very satisfied.
I’ve really enjoyed my Newells and all of the friends I’ve made here and will continue to be a (hopefully) helpful member here.
