We have a 14 foot collapsible aluminum ladder (that I really like) and was wondering how safe it is to walk on the roof?  I need to get up there and redo the silicone (use sikoflex) around the screw holes.  Can I walk anywhere on the roof or do I need to stay on the 'ribs'?

I need to get under the coach and would like to do this while in the campground.  We are sitting on about 24" x 24" thick concrete runners (mobile home park) so I was thinking about getting some wood to create a ramp.  I have done this for other coaches but not for one this heavy (about 20k on front wheels).  What would you recommend for wood to use for this?  I plan to throw it away when we leave so it does not have to be 'nice'...  I need to get some good jack stands for it but just don't want another thing to store in the basements (we are full-timers)... What I really need is a 25' stacker trailer to store all this junk (and two cars) in! Lol

I need to get something to cover up the A/C exhaust under the coach.  There is a vent about 12" wide (guessing) and about 2 inches tall that leads to the main tunnel under the coach where the cooling ducts are located (you can see it if you are brave enough to stick your head in under the stair wells.  This is the perfect spot for the mice to enter the coach and I am thinking I could add some 1/4" or so chicken wire to the front of it.  My main concern is with getting under the coach but that is a different thread...

When Clark convinced me two years ago to join this forum, I told him that I would post photo's of our solar system.
I finally uploaded the solar pics as well as more coach photos:

Over the weekend I was in need of roadside assistance for a trailer issue.  While blue sky got me someone, it got me thinking. How about a section titled service providers. It can be broken down by state. Where when we find someone who does a good job they we can post there info. Then a link to any reviews.

Jz motors was excepti0nal and beyond reasonable in the Oklahoma city area..

Forum: Air Operated Systems and Leaks

I have had a bad air leak for over five weeks. Took the coach to Holland Motor Homes in Michigan. They worked on it all day and consulted with Newell a couple of times, but nothing has shown up.
The coach when plugged in to shore power with 120 V AC Compressor on, seems to lose about 20 psi in about 1 minute and 50 seconds. The last advice from Newell was to put an additional 20 PSI pressure using shop air. When the techs did this it slowed down the leak substantially, but still didn't find any leaks!

Any clues or insight any one can offer??
