I would like to buy a 2006-2008 coach with a bath and a half as the thread title says.  I would prefer not to buy a coach with the 650 HP Cummins engine unless the proper upgrades have taken place, but I might still buy the coach if everything else looks good.  I am a serious buyer with cash available for the purchase.  Please let me know if you are interested in selling a suitable coach now or in the next few months.  Thank you!

Not much since last posting. I had the counter tops go in today. Turned out nice. Working on regluing the loose laminate. Replaced some gas lifts for the cabinets. Added some LED strip lighting under the cabinets and waiting on small dimmers to arrive. Money is getting tight so this will be it for a while. It gets to the point even as a contractor, your customers begin to put off jobs due to ridiculous cost of materials. We are finally at that point after two years.

My companies 2010 Newell Coach 450 is having some electrical issues.  I'm trying to unlock the underneath compartments but the power lock switch isn't working.  I believe there is a override switch or pully but I don't know where that is.  I know of the door bypass but not for the compartments.  Can anyone help please?

I am having the countertops replaced tomorrow. Debating on whether to keep the garbage disposal or removing it altogether. My wife and I never put food scraps down the drain in our house, why would we start doing so in the coach. Any reason to plumb it back in?

Hi to everyone
In case some of you have not seen it yet we have posted 186 different Newell coach pictures in the gallery section.
I have scoured the internet, FB, Pinterest, Youtube and Instagram and collected screen shots of all the coaches. 
If you wonder why - two reasons - I assume many of you will also enjoy seeing as many coaches as you can. Secondly being lovers of art each one of these coaches are a unique piece of artwork on wheels.

This is my first Newell, and I have condensation inside the windows on mornings when the temperature is in the high 30's.  Is this normal?

My previous coaches did not have condensation inside the windows at similar tematures

Has anyone worked on and fixed the panel back lighting next to the bed and various switching panel?  Seems like there is a power supply, Illuminator and the actual ribbon wire lights.  What seems to be to most fail prone component to start with?
