How many AMPS will Aquahot electric pull?

The coach is in storage and it is going to get pretty cold the next few nights.  It is plugged into 20 amp at the moment.

I am considering turning on Aquahot electric.

The only current load is the kitchen fridge and the bay fridge

Can I cut these and use standard crimp on Pex fittings?  I am redoing the bathroom vanity faucet which uses a smaller pipe thread than the 1/2” female connector that’s currently crimped on the gray lines. I really don’t want to put adapters if I don’t have to.

Thanks all!

Has anyone had experience over sliding valid slides? While at Newell in Miami getting service the main salon seal was punctured by broken support in the floor. We were staying in the coach so I paid close attention to the slide sidewall and valance removal. Also the removal of tiles to access two points in the slide to presumably release the room to over slide. I was unable to witness the actual steps to release but upon my return to the shop saw the salon slide (big one) over extended and unsupported while they installed the new seal. Reason for the question is all my secondary wiper seals are missing (including the one Newell worked on) and need to be replaced. Any insight would be helpful as I plan to do this wok myself on all 4 slides

Last week while driving from NC to Florida, I had the engine quite running while I was driving at highway speeds. The first time it began to lose power while I was in 4th gear, I looked at the dash and saw that the speedometer, oil pressure, engine temp as well as backup camera were not working. I shifted the tranny into 6th gear and in only a few seconds everything came back on and it ran great, no problems. The next day, while in 6th gear, it did the same thing only this time it rolled to a complete stop on the side of I-75. I turned the ignition off, waited a few seconds, turned it back to start and she fired right up everything working and it made it to central Fl with no issues. I have read that it could be as simple as a bad battery or ground but wondered if any of you have experienced anything like this. I am planning on taking it the Ocala Detroit/Allison shop soon for service and will see if they can figure out what it might be.

All,
Earlier today pulled the coach to get some fuel.  Arrived back home with no issues.  Left the coach outside while I cleaned the floor.  Found a broken 1/4 20 bolt laying on the floor....didn't have an idea where it came from as I haven't taken anything apart lately with that kind of bolt and nut.  When the floor dried, backed the coach in the garage and steped out to a collapsing entry step.  Investigating the steps found three of the four MILD STEEL carriage bolts broken on the motor assembly tray.  Needless to say grade 5 or 8 fasteners are going back in.

my 02 had a desk where the dinette normally is on the slide.   a kind guru who had a 01, wanted to put something different where the dinette was and gave me his complete dinette.   i ended up only using the table and table mount.  my area was a bit smaller than his was making using the benches impossible.

it is the expanding seat bench on both side.  light cream color laminate and dark brown cloth upholstery.  benches have drawers on the bottom like most have i believe.

i would guess newell would charge about 5 million dollars to make one and i am offering this for the same price i paid for it....

a smile and a handshake.

but you would have to come to my place to pick it up.  it is taking up a bit of space on my shelves in the shop.

Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to join this group. We are looking to purchase a used Newell, maybe a 2000 to 2006 that is mid-entry, bath and a half, and at least 2 slides but a quad would be best. We are looking nationwide and can travel to see a coach anytime. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello Gurus
I am updating my post 02/20/2022 for the Fall Rally I have been working on.
Location:
Tom Sawyer's RV Park
1286 South 8th Street
West Memphis, AR 72301
just over the I-40 bridge from Memphis, TN
The park is located on the Mississippi River
Dates:
October 3-7,2022
We have 30 stone sites and 15 concrete sites
Price:
$40 for stone sites per night
$50 for concrete sites per night
payment is due upfront for the Rally as that is only way we can get and keep the group pricing.
I need to know your coach number and which type of site you would like. If all concrete sites are full you will be reserved under a stone site for the event
The Facebook group: Newell Coach Owners group is your best way of communicating on the event and keeping up to date on it.
Also the easiest way for me to keep track of everything for it as well is if rally members post on there, so I am not having to continue checking various platforms.
Pre coach numbers: please give me a the vin number that you give newell when you contact them instead, so i can have a way of listing you on my running spreadsheet for organization purposes which you can email or PM to me on here along with Year model as well.
I am adding the link to the FB group event i have created for this Rally below

I have an EEZTire pressure system and like it except that it would be nice to have the Pressure Pro that would work with my VMSPc.  I have been looking at replacing it with the PressurePro Pulse FX (BYOD) you can use your own device like an iPhone/iPad/Android tablet (I think) - has anyone used or seen one of these animals?
