Upon leveling my coach I heard a leak coming from the front left side near tire
The whole coach slowly drops
Would you think it's a connection that goes to all the bags..or ????

I have a desk that I can bring to the rally if anyone is interested

Does anyone have a lead on where to buy replacement latches for the radiator/power cable door, engine battery door etc?

One arm is broken and its just pot metal.  So I stole one from a "2" latch door and installed it on the radiator door for now.

My internet searches are coming up with a variety that do not match the original ones. I have the type where your thumb goes on the key hole and the release pops for the arm to lift away on the back side

   

I have a 15KW PowerTech genset with 1008 hrs.  I've clocked 100 hrs since last owners Oil change. I took out 5.5 quarts and reinstalled 5.5 with a filter change.  The Manual calls for 8.5 quarts with a filter change.  I just got off the phone with PowerTech support and they tell me that All Newells ended up with 5.5 quart oil pans. 

Has anyone had a longevity problem with their PowerTech Gen set ?

I like my Oil & filter changes at 100 hrs.  So with clean oil, air and fuel, I should get 15,000 to 20,000 hrs shouldn't I ?


Being a gear head, I kinda want the 8.5 quart system, but PowerTech says a larger oil pan isn't available for a Newell install.

Thoughts .....?

Any hint where I can find the regulator for the step cover?  Need to up the pressure, will not close or open without an assist.

We got home on Sunday late afternoon, this years trip was to Skidaway Island, GA, our first trip with just our youngest child, the two older kids are both in college.
A very nice state park, big pull though sites with water and sewer, very scenic with big oak trees and Spanish moss.

I had my first tire blowout on the way down Saturday night about 85 miles north of Savannah, sounded like a bomb going off, drivers steer tire was shredded, the coach handled it great; it was easy to get pulled over and stopped from 70 mph.  I had a spare and tools, but the breaker bar I had wasn’t enough to loosen the lugs.  A great guy from the GA DOT sponsored auto road side assistance service helped out with a 3’ breaker bar (and gave it to me when he left).  I bought a new set of six tires before leaving Savannah.  My tires were 10 years old (I know) I keep them covered and inspect them carefully before every trip, the rears just started to show weather check this spring, the fronts still looked perfect.  I figured this was going to be the last year on them anyway.

Traffic on this trip was worse than any previous spring break trips, Atlanta was especially painful, seems to be getting progressively heavier the farther east we go, it easily added several hours to the drive both ways; we were thinking about Edisto Island South Carolina next year but I may rethink that and go back west towards Louisiana instead.

We came back through South Carolina and the Smoky Mountains, the coach held 40mph or better in the hills, no heat issues except when going up the state park campground road at Norris Dam, Rocky Top , TN.  First and second gear hill climb at heavy throttle ran the temp up to 200 by the time we made it to our site.  We spent 2 nights here, interesting little town and a nice park.

Good trip overall, would have been great without the hours of traffic headaches.
Back home and back to work.

The bedroom slide is refusing to retract again.  The front slide room came in just fine.  
The Engine/Chassis batteries have over 13 volts on them and the hydraulic motors are running.  Newell said I may need over 14-volts in order to have enough juice to run the slide in.  
I am trying to find a diagram that shows the motors in the front bay L1 - anyone have one? 
The wires are labeled but I’m not sure which are front and rear.

I'm getting ready to install a solar panel system and need expert GURU advice.  The question is, where is the best place to penetrate the roof to run wires to the batteries? Thanks in advance to all GURU respondents!

Hello I have a 2007 with ZF suspension and need to replace the linkage to the sway bar.
Does anyone have a source on suspension parts for this coach?

I have been having problems with my drivers side window making noise.  If I manually grab the slider window, I can wedge it in a way to make it quieter.

I have found a very close match to the window felt, but cannot figure out out to replace.  

Has anyone done this and have advice?
