This weekend I finally got to upgrading the solar system and the satellite system was in the way.

I have not used it since I bought the coach and have no desire to put it back on. If it is like everything else I am thinking it still works.

The model is from Daytron / Transco Inc. DBS-4000 and I am guessing original equipment from 1998.
Free to a good home, would rather not ship.

1 of my cargo bay swing up style doors has gotten out of alignment. The door skin seems to have dropped down about 4 inches. Appears the skin is attached to the frame with like 3m tape....  Leaving on a trip in a week and need to fix quickly. What have you guys been using to repair this issue ( tape, epoxy, etc..).? Would sure hate to loose the door driving down the road.

I'm in the process of replacing one of the ceiling fans that is over these sliding drawers. Anybody got an idea how these come off? Or do I have to remove the 1 million screws in them.

Hello, I'm looking at a 1976 Newell in need of some remodeling, it's got a Detroit turbo, so I'm not concerned about that. It would be my first RV, but I am heavily mechanically inclined.

I would love to get some type of schematics or chassis manual for it. If anyone has any leads on how to find such info, I'd greatly appreciate it.

We just left Newell on Friday and were headed towards St George, Utah. We saw 3 Newells on the I system. One was a newer P50 style, I believe eastbound on 44. A little while later we saw one of the 2006/7/8/9 series headed the same way. Later we saw one of the smiley face units headed east on 40. What an awesome thing! You hardly see any in a week. Maybe they're heading home to Newell.

Does anyone know the cal number for a VDO electronic speedo on a Detroit 60 with Allison trans?

Mine lost its mind, and I don’t have a good starting number. Mine will not do the autocal that the newer ones do.

Here is some information about Newell's EZ Steer which is also known as ReAX, a product of ZF/TRW.  I used the ReAX diagnostic software to reset my EZ Steer when it stopped working.

ReAX Diagnostic Software  It is available now but I would expect it will be removed sometime in the future

Curious what the outer wall aluminum thickness is?  I know the wall is hail resistant and wonder if anyone has suffered sidewall damage from hail?  If so, what size was the hail?

Hi All,
I have a question, I am looking for window rubbers for our Newell (1970) We live in the Netherlands so there is nothing like it here. I will soon be fitting new windows so also new rubbers, the windows now have fog all around and the rubber is hard and leaking.
Does anyone know where I could buy these rubbers , see picture.

Thanks

Greetings from the Netherlands
Pieter
