OK heading to the Parker Strip then.
We'll hook up with the Hoffarts since they are right next door.
I'll be there (Wittmann) around the 22nd
Jan 9 update,

the scratch coat stucco is complete.  it will set for a week before they do the final sand coat.  that will be mid next week.

next monday the guys will come and blow in r38 insulation in the ceiling.

then tuesday the drywall guys resume and will finish taping and texture.  i am doing a 90/10 sante fe texture.  which means they float the entire surface and just a very few texture marks on the wall.  that matches the inside of our house.

the septic guy was here yesterday and we laid out the 1000 gal septic system.  they will start on monday or tuesday.  he said it only takes him one day to do it all, then an inspection then a day to finish and backfill.  so that will be done next week as well.

the week after next i should be ready to have the outside and inside painted.  once that is done, then the inside and outside lighting can be done.  (right about when clarke gets here.....get ready clarke).

so, it is getting close.  hope to have final inspection by the end of the month or soon after.

Awesome! We may be looking at coming out in March sometime. But no ladders for me. I don't have a good success rate on ladders....
I do Forest's ladder work!
I remember the ladder incident in Madden, Alberta two summers ago....
i will probably rent a trailer based boom lift to do the lights and cameras on the outside.

And I told Tom to go ahead and level the coach....I really was in a bind, funny now.
i felt terrible about it.
