Congratulations Tom. Great to see the coach 'in the house'. Looks you have enough 'stuff' in the garage to keep you busy for a while.
I was afraid it wasn't gonna fit!
Hope Dave didn't have any damage to his cars after that storm.
his cars were fine but it did know some of his block fence down, take some concrete roof tiles off one of his garages and blow over a couple of his big trees.

while scott was here for the weekend we got the air handler up top on the mancave.  good thing i have the genie scissors lift as all we had to do was lift it ontop of it and scott ride it up top.  then we unloaded it.

weighs about 200lbs but 4 of us did it no problem.

started to lay out the location of the ductwork so i can pickup the plenums.

also signed the deal to do the driveway outfront and at all the doors and under the hose bibs and rv power boxes.

it will be 36 feet wide and 35 feet long.  not long enough to park the bus on and walk around but there wasnt enough room to do that.

today they prepped for the concrete for the ramp and doors and pads

the concrete area in front of the garage doors is 36 wide and 35 long.  that was as big as i could make it and still have room to drive around it

then a pad connecting to it for the front man door, a rear man door pad,  a 4x4 pad under the rear hose bib so i can set a hose on it,  a 12x5 under the 2 50a rv receptacles that runs and includes the aircon pad and under the next hose bib.

then i am doing a recessed stemwall around the rv cleanouts so they can be recessed into the raised area and be protected by concrete to prevent running over them.  i will put pavers around the cleanouts to make an area that will drain.

tomorrow at 7am the concrete trucks come.

Great, pretty soon you will be able to start using your new garage!!

You've marooned the coach. Oh no!
Looking Great Tom!! Interesting that they didn't throw in a bit of rebar in the drive.. Hope to get to see it one day.
there is rebar in the turndown and sides.

to add it all the way is pricey and the mesh should be sufficient.
