We just finished our 4th week working the night shift at the Fernley, NV Amazon.com fulfillment center.....3 weeks to go before we head south to be with our kids and grandkids for Christmas. The weather is getting colder here, but so far not much rain, and no snow. We are enjoying our stay at Sparks Marina RV Park. There pull through sites are 65 feet long, and work well for us. No sprinklers to worry about, and no growing grass.....all the grass between the sites is artificial.....no dirt, gravel. Concrete pads, and asphalt interior roads. Very, very nice park, and very close to everything......restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the Truckee River Bike Path. If you come through this area and are looking for a nice park this is it!
How long will you guys be here in the 70's? Not sure if we will be around but if so...........where will you be staying?
Hey Steve, we'll be courtesy parking at my daughter's home in Riverside....we'll only be there 3 weeks this time.....headed to Quartzite after my daughter's wedding on Jan. 17th.
Finished our gig at Amazon in Fernley, NV on the 18th, and were on the road south by 9 am the next morning. Drove 260 miles to Lone Pine, CA, then another 231 to Ventura, CA where we just finished spending 3 days on the beach at Rincon Parkway.....nice way to unwind after Amazon. We are now back in Riverside, CA where we will spend the next month visiting with kids and grandkids, plus see our youngest daughter, Sharon, get married on January 17th. After that we will head to the "Newell House" in Whittman, AZ to visit Tom and Darlene.
That's great Clarke. Have a great Christmas with the family.
Clarke, if you get here before the 15th, then the winter rates will still be in place. after ther 15th the wittmann rates go up significantly. and only a movie every third nite.

Looks like you guys found 2 spaces together, how fortunate! Twice the price still cheap?
