If you were to pay to keep your coach stored in a 50x20 building what amenities would you require?
I work with a guy who is in the process of building 5 storage units for Coaches and said he is only providing 15a electric and nothing else.  He is a boater I have had a few 5th wheels.  I told him if he wants high end units he should consider 30a and a dump station at a minimum. He thinks only 15a is needed to keep the batteries charged.

So if you were looking for inclosed storage what would you need?

This is a new development. I have noticed the butt joints are pulling apart and cracking the edges. The flooring has been glued down. I chose this material as it was supposed to be a bit more stable over wood laminate. Any ideas? So frustrated. This was on the upper end of the quality/cost of materials.

Several times today after 1.5 hours cruising I25 north, my cruise control kicked off.

I noticed, while stopped at a traffic light, I see the on the VMS display, the oil pressure light is going yellow and green, the pressure values going from 20-28.
I've consistently had pressure between 40-50.

I later notice when the cruise drops out the pressure light had been yellow.

I checked the oil level and it is at the full mark as normal. I've put 4000 miles in the coach and not had to add oil.

Is this a sender issue or a poorly calibrated dipstick? Or something else?

This info is atleast 10 years old so.....  We were working travel assignments in the medical field and typically 6 months at a minimum and most places a year plus.
Avalon Campground in Clearwater/St Pete was very nice with lots of nice people and quiet.  LOTS of Canadians for some reason.
Key Largo Kampground and Marina.  VERY tight spaces with lots of weekenders including teenage tent campers and lots of mosquitos.  But you are within walking distance of THE KMart and Publix grocery store.  We were there in the height of summer and didn't meet any of the other campers.
Souther Comfort in Homestead.  The park was OK.  Met quite a few other campers there.  Lots of them had motorcycles as well and there were lots of get togethers.  The area left a little to be desired and the local 'utes were often seen skulking around.  Had a couple of clunker bicycles stolen while there.  Spaces to fit most any size rig and they had a large field for storage as well.
Campers Cove in Key Largo is a very small Mom n Pop park with tight spaces and not much room for your Tow'd.  Not much in the way of amenities (basic showers, laundry),  BUT we stayed there for over 3 YEARS!!!!  Most people there were snowbirds and kept their lots year 'round.  Very strong community atmosphere and everyone helped each other.  They have a small marina with great rates for the residents and some of the best sunsets around.  We still miss it all these years later and long to go back.

My VDO gauge reads full scale with the key on engine off. It drops to 20 when there engine starts. Once the engine is warm it is about 50 at idle and 20 going down the road.
Checked the gauge it reads full scale with the sender wire disconnected and zero with the sender wire grounded. I have 2 gauges both do the same thing. My question is
does the ddec sensor for the 60 series supply the info to the analog gauge ,or is there a separate sender. I only see one sender on the passenger side of the engine in the front.
It is the DDEC style sender.

Thanks
David

Thanks for the admission.   I've been looking at the big 3 for a couple of years now (BlueBird, Prevost, and Newell).  I'm old school and like mechanical engines and transmissions and will gladly take the mpg hit combined with the longevity/reliability when factored in to the age of the RVs in our price range.  It appears that 1987 is the last year for the mech 8v92s?  Is 60-65 mph reasonable with the Allison 740 with a toad?
We've full-timed for years, years ago in a triple slide 5th wheel for work.  While the room was nice the finite lifespan due to construction quality  that was evident was not.  We don't need our next rig for full-time use but don't want cramped quarters since we have 3 dogs that are never left behind!  What is the headroom in the older Newells?
I can't find a list of what models were offered.  Single, tag, tandem?  Locking differentials, layouts, lengths, etc.  Is there a post listing this information?
