A lot of you gurus know that we have put our coach up for sale. We enjoyed full timing for almost 2 years. But decided we wanted a house again so over the summer we put in an offer on a new construction in "the greens". A 55+ community here in southeast Louisiana. We're about midway from both sons, and Cindy's mom is about 15 minutes away. So it's a nice place to spend the winters.
We had our first Newell visitors, Richard and Rhonda, who parked at Lamar Dixon Expo center about 5 miles away. It has 2 large campgrounds will full hookups and plenty of room to maneuver and it's about 2 miles off of I-10.
So if anybody is passing through on I-10 please contact us and spend a few days or just stop for a nice lunch. Richard and Rhonda can attest to how good the food is.
And we'll continue to travel during the hot/humid summers so hope to meet up with our many friends.

My coach had been tilting left when parked and the problem seemed most evident at the rear axle. After a whole lot of testing I determined that the K.I.P. brand travel valves on the six-pack were incapable of sealing tight. I had changed the internal spools with no change. So I ordered 2 new HWH valves at $108 each. My diagnosis efforts also indicated that the left rear HCV was leaking between the supply port and the line to the 6-pack which made the leaks from the K.I.P. valves have more impact. I replaced both HCVs with all brass ones from King. Reaching over the duals to get at them wasn't fun.
It appears any plastic body valves will last about 20 years before leaking. I'm replacing them with brass body swivel push-on connectors on the theory that another 20 years might be past my expiration date. It also appears that the KIP brand valves are not a good replacement - it's probably the internal spring being too weak.
I can go into the diagnosis process if anyone wants. In the meantime it's been 10 days and the coach remains fully upright, more than I can say for myself.[/size]
Here is a special thank you to all of the veterans on this forum. Your sacrifices are very much appreciated!
I drained the separator up by the 110 compressor. Are there others and where are they?

Since my 110 went out and I am waiting for my replacement. When the coach has been sitting ,Newell said just get a shop compressor and plug it in to the air chuck in the back passenger side of the engine that way it keeps air to the coach.. They also said that is the best way to store or if you are keeping the coach in one place for an extended period of time. It got me thinking why not permanently plumb it in so if you ever have an emergency like the engine compressor goes down you have a super backup..
Opinions?
