Does anyone know of a good big rig park in or near Tacoma WA? The Gig Harbor RV Resort has such poor reviews that I really don't care to try that one.

Anyone else besides Chappell, Mary and us at Newell next week ??
Anybody need anything from parts ?
Anybody need a new coach ? I can pick that up for you too.

I just went to the campground and the place is awesome.. But AT&T service does not work there.. If you need cell service go get a verizon phone..

Greetings. Glad to become a part of the Newell Gurus. Hope to learn and share experiences with these fine machines.

Most rallys end up with a few help one another projects. I am trying to decide what kind of tools and supplies to bring. For example, I usually carry my air con gauge sets but not necessarily big jugs of r22 or r134a. If you think you need AC work, then speak up.
Also, I just made a new slide out awning because my old one was ripped. In doing sew, I ended up with a sewing machine that does heavy fabric and upholstery. Does anyone need to borrow the sewing machine?
What kinds of issues do you expect the guru gang to converge on during the rally? I am just curious what the week may entail?
Need updates? This may be for you...

We all getting together at TableRock. I know on one of the other threads everyone was saying when they are getting there. Thought it might be cool to get an update on everyone's arrival date. Might be cool to meet together before and caravan in if people are coming at similar times.. We wil be arriving on Sunday.

I imagine this has been discussed here sometime, I have been adding fuel conditioner to my 87 two stroke as per the instructions on the bottle. A couple guys told me I could add some dextron 2 ATF, any thoughts on this ?

My 97 Newell has a breaker in my rear breaker box that is tripped. It is labeled rear lounge outlets which is usually the bedroom I don't have. Freezer which is the one underneath in fact all the outlets and lights don't work in lower compartments on the passenger side. And finally block heater. The outlets in the lounge are fine and the outlets in the lower are fine. Could it be something associated with the block heater? Or how could I locate where the failure is that is tripping the breaker.

Howdy Gurus-
Denise and Jeff here (aka Logo Jeff as Big T calls me) we are the proud owners of Ron's 96 coach. I flew out to TN and met Ron and got a fast introduction and driving lesson same day. The following day, I started the 900 mile drive back to Oklahoma; two days and with the advice/guidance of Ron, Tom, and Richard I made it back safely with minor issues.
I can say what all of you already know; Ron is a great Guru and super nice patient gentleman.
We are trying to get some minor issues dealt with the coach and get clear for some time off work in hopes to make it to Table Rock for a few days. We live full-time in the coach and enjoy the lifestyle.
If anyone is traveling through Oklahoma City please feel free to stop by in Norman, OK just south of OKC on I-35. The park we are at is $20 per night with full hook-ups and plenty of pull through for any length (the super long pull throughs are 50amp and water...no sewer) but free dumps are available.
Plus we cook steaks for all guests
I will be posting many questions and hopefully sharing some tips of our own.
FYI
My wife was also born in Miami, OK like her coach and grew up knowing Newell...I got to know Newell through my life involved in motorsports...
So we are applying to be official Noobs in the Guru Family!
Hope to meet you all!
Denise and Jeff
