Richard, This is James Price, Coach # 647 2003. Can you identify this bar for me? I think its a track bar, but I'm not sure and I don't have a part number. On the passenger side the rubber grease bushing is busted and dry of grease. I was hoping you might be able to identify them from the pictures I've attached.
Thank you,
James Price
WOW, I just went 44 hours between compressor cycles! Actually, I needed something out of the coach & opened the door or it would have gone a little longer. I think I can go on to another project now. We all know another leak will happen but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. The suspension was in manual levelling mode & it didn't move at all for the last 3 days.
How I got to this point? This week I replaced the 2 pocket door valves & fittings, all fittings on the three door emergency valves, the entry door fittings between the valve and the cylinder and a bunch of fittings in the curbside pneumatic compartment behind the tag. I sprayed leak detector fluid on fittings and placed the borescope looking at the backside of some fittings and go work on another project. Every now & then would wander over & look at the camera and would eventually see a tiny bubble-Gotcha! Repair, move on to the next one & repeat. It works well in cold weather since the fluid doesn't dry up so fast. It didn't work at all in the summer.

Project build, mid life crisis, or lack of intelligence.. In search of the rare 40'- 42,6' (2006-2009) Newell. Came across specs and build sheet for coach #780, which would fit my
project perfectly. Any known whereabouts or leads to the rightful owners, would be much appreciative. Last known was sold by Newell in 2017.
Private message would be preferred
Thank you, and Happy Holliday's to all
We are off on a Holiday trip to White Sands and Big Bend starting the day after Christmas. I had the beast weighed was surprised to see the disparity on the front axel left to right. I am going to move some stuff around in the bays but think I am already weighted right side there as much as possible.
120/115/90 looks about right
Any thoughts or comments
I feel there is probably a very simple solution to this, I’m just not able to figure it out and haven’t had luck using the search function. Normally, the generator switch above my kitchen will start the generator with no issues. However, on at least 2 separate occasions, I’ve gone to start the generator and the switch does nothing. If I push the switch down to the stop/preheat position, I can see a very subtle light dim indicating, I think, that the glow plugs are heating. However when I press the switch up to start, there is nothing. No cranking, no lights dim, absolutely nothing. I can go to the generator directly and it will start right up using the switch in the generator bay. Am I missing something? Is this a switch that’s going bad?

Just when I thought I had all the systems working perfect I seen a small wet area under the aquahot tank where the exhaust comes out. I fixed the first leak last year by replacing the filler neck and thought I was good but this just popped up. Took all the covers off and inspected the heater elements and they are dry but rusty also the filler neck is dry so I'm guessing the tank has a internal leak I don't want to do the job here in Orange Beach so will probably just put some radiator sealant in the system and hope for the best till we return home.
I need some help!!!
My 2009 Newell 2000i blew the driver side Tag Axle Air Spring. Newell said they have been on back order since July 2023. I am attaching pictures and a cross reference list in case anyone knows of where to find one, but preferably two, so I can replace the other side as well. And preferably the whole assembly because the inside retainer was destroyed and is pieces and my fear is that if/when we take the other side apart it will break or already be deteriorating.
Thanks for any help or ideas if anyone knows where to find these Air Springs!!!

so my aquahot is a older unit model 431xe/12. it has the rae corporation part # 2310122 swirl pumps. I am in the need for brushes for these motors. aqua hot no longer sales these parts. I have reached out to rae corp to see what I can find, but was wondering if anyone has ever had the same experience and has located where to get the brushes. any help would be awesom. Newell does not stock these parts anylonger either. looking for 8 brushes ( 4 sets )
The passenger side lower glass segment (wide view) no longer is connected to the motor base or something to that effect. Is there a way to remove the glass so I can glue it to the base? I don't think I can get parts from Ramco according to their email.
I replaced all but one of the Pocket Door original push air fittings in the Emergency Valves and the Rear Bath door valve as well as replacing the Rear Bath door valve. I have the valve for the hallway but it doesn't seem to be leaking so I put it off. I drew the pneumatic diagram which I "think" is correct and attached it.
