I have a air leak or several air leaks that I have not found. On the dash there are two air gauges. One has two needles, a white and a red which stays at about 100-110 pounds and the next to it is another gauge that will lose about 8-10 pounds an hour. The 120 volt comp. will come on at about 75 pounds and cut off at 95 pounds. The comp. will cycle about every 2 to 21/2 hours. I have the Inficon ultrasonic detector. This thing want pick up a thing. I can hear a air leak before it will get to the first light, and I wear hearing aids. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can blow into it fairly hard before the first light comes on. Back to the leaks I have. I know air leaks are an on going thing but is 8-10 pounds an hour excessive? I have also used soapy water with no luck. Chappell
I am gathering information on both Newells and Wanderlodges.
I have noticed this one on ebay - "1996 custom built Newell coach. 38 ft. single axle, 470hp. seriies 60 Detroit diesel"
In my work I must tow a class "B" motorhome. I am now towing it with a 40ft Beaver with a 425hp Cat. The Beaver weights only 29,016lbs so with a horsepower to weight ratio of 69lbs it is an easy pull. My question is, how would this ebay Newell tow it?
Also, this is an all electric coach. What would I expect it to be like when dry camping. Again, in my work I sometimes dry camp for months at a time. With a propane refrig and stove, I only have to run the genny for a couple of hours per day.
This ebay coach is the one from Albuquerque that originally was sign wrapped for a real estate company. Anyone have any first hand info on the condition.
Also, maybe Tom could report what he liked and disliked about his sold 38ft.
Just a quick update from Japan....Heather, boys & I are planning our excursion for next summer and hope that a mini rally is in our future...I thought I might get a chance to "pop" over and exercise Tom's girl and my new lady but Uncle Sam and the Air Force had a different plan...I am deploying Saturday for a 7 month mission in SW Asia and will hopefully be back in time for a couple of months of R&R in the BPB (Beautiful Pink Bus) nicknamed by my lovely wife! We hope to meet up with many of you next summer and I will hopefully be able to monitor the Guru's from my remote location. Can't say anymore than that but I was surprised when they issued me uniforms again! (didn't think they made them that big did you). I'm going to be in the Norfolk area from this sunday for a few days until I can catch a rotator over the other pond so if you need a wash boy and are in the neighborhood I'm your man!

We're leaving Colorado and travelling down I-70 to Wichita, KS. Then down I-135 then ?? to Miami.
Anybody have any recommendations on the route and adequate campgrounds that will easily accommodate a 45' ?
I'd rather not have to deal with any tolls so a state highway would be fine.
If you don't have one of these, you might want to consider buying one. I can't believe it took me so long to get one. Sure makes working on and cleaning the coach so much easier.
I have a large white canister in the left hand door of the plumbing bay labeled Pure Water Enterprises. There is no manual for it that came with the coach and I find nothing on a Google search to tell me what it is.
Can someone tell me what it is or better yet point me to a place where I can get a user manual.
I've been using this for a couple drives so far and like the routing. The only problem I have is the gps receiver on the Nexus loses the signal sometimes. Not sure if it is the Nexus itself or a glitch between it and Copilot. It is in a holder attached in the middle of the dash so it may be too far from the windshield.
Does anybody have any suggestions for a bluetooth gps receiver to use with this?
Would it have to be outside (haven't found any that are waterproof)?
Or would it work better than the Nexus and could be placed by the windshield defroster vents?
Would a gps data logger work as a gps for the Nexus?
2004 24 ft no generator, no air, no fueling station.. Anyone got an idea on value?

I tried to cook a Papa Murphy Pizza last night and it came out almost raw after 2 cook times. Today I did some checking, when set on preheat at 400 degrees it reached 170. I then set it on convection at 400 degrees for 5 min., at the end of 5 min. it reachs about 200 degrees. I'm on a good 50 amp. plugin, reading 116.6 volts. This is a new microwave put in at Newell 8/14/13. Has anyone had this kind of a problem or have any idea what can be wrong with it. I have not call Newell yet, I'll wait until Mon. for that. Thanks for your help.
