while backing up the screen flickered a couple times and then the picture disappeared. The screen is still lit up, but no picture. Anyone have this experience? How would I check for the culprit?

Short Intro…I’m Curt Sprenger. My wife Betty and I live in Anaheim Hills, CA. We own a Blue Bird Wanderlodge motor coach and have been interested in Newell coaches for some time. I spend time over on the Wanderlodge GuRu and Wanderlodge Owners Group sites and plan to spend time here as well.
Several years ago four of us formed the Birds of a Feather (BoF) RV group. We organize the Annual Blue Bird Quartzsite, AZ rally that is held the latter part of January during the Big White Tent RV Show. We encourage others to join us. When you have time, click on this link https://birdsofafeather1.shutterfly.com/ then enter the flocktogether password, and take a look at what we’ve been up to the past few years. On the left is the information for the upcoming Quartzsite rally, and the “One Extreme to the Other Road Trip” that follows right after the Quartzsite rally. We hope you will join us.

This is a 4" motor that replaces the original 3" motor. Newell part number is AP 14608. Price through Newell was $435.04. Handwritten on the HWH box was RAP 90415
I have HWH slides. Been on the road a week. Slides going in & out with no problems. Now in SoCal, I went to put slides out. Salon slide goes out perfectly. Bedroom slide doesn't move. Suzy goes out to listen in the left front basement compartment where the slide solenoids & motor are located. When I tried to deploy the bedroom slide all Suzy could hear was solenoid clicks---the pump motor never started.
A call to Newell advised me that the slide motor had probably quit working. Absolutely no warning of any kind prior. They gave me a few diagnostic checks to verify the cause. When the switch was depressed the battery voltage was going to the motor which should have caused it to start.
Newell advised me to get a 4" motor from parts. I ordered the motor from Chuck who overnighted it to me in SoCal.
My coach had a 3" motor. I was advised to get the 4" motor that is available and is more heavy duty. The 4" motor is much larger, weighs at least twice as much, but did indeed bolt right up. Took about an hour to r & r the slide pump. Hardest part of the install was that it was done "in the blind" as your view is blocked by the solenoids. Slides are now working normally. Slide motor is Newell part #AP 14608.
A few thank you s are in order. Thank you to Tommy Key who assisted me in diagnosing my problem. Thank you to Chuck in parts for getting the motor to me in about 18 hours after I placed the order. Thank You Karl Blade for the fabulous 24hr/7 day a week customer support that you provide to Newell customers.

Looking how best to troubleshoot 120 volt Main Pump.
Issues:
>Main Pump makes an occasional 'screeching' noise.
>Main Pump not pumping water
>Both main & auxiliary pump needs to be on to move water
>Red Alarm light flashing on Main Pump.
> Have engaged reset button
If anyone has the Zipdee slide topper awnings be aware of the problems they can cause. When at Newell I extended the rear slide and it jerked about halfway out then went out. The problem was the spring in the awning was dry and bound up. I drilled a 3/16" hole in the end and sprayed Corrosion X. The awning now works smoothly. I sealed the hole with caulk and will plan to lube it yearly.

I received some awesome coach driving instructions today. I can now drive the coach down the interstate, along with the semi trucks, etc and I can back it into a space! I feel really good knowing I can take over if needed. Also, I feel so much more comfortable as a passenger. I recommend getting training for all you co-pilots out there - well worth it. No pressure on the part of the instructor - he was really good.

Does anyone have an electrical schematic or wiring diagram for the 12 volt system similar to mine?

Some of my stems are turned back in the holes in the rims. This makes it very hard to test the pressure and add air when needed. I have a truckers gauge and filler. What I want to do is to loosen the nut on the stem and turn the stem outside in the open. Will this be a big problem, like cause a leak between the stem and rim. Has anyone done this?
